Hello RedGorillas User,

We respect your privacy and provide you with the option to request the deletion of your account and associated data. To initiate the account deletion process, please follow these steps:

1. You first need to have an account with us, so please make sure you have downloaded the app here : onelink.to/RedGorillas and have created an account with us. 

2. Open the App and click the Side Menu at the top left.

   

    

3. On the Menu screen you can scroll down and see “Delete Account” Shown in Red colour. Please click on this and you will be taken to a feedback form where you can provide your feedback and request deletion of your account. 

    

   

 

Data Retention Information:

• Data Deleted:

  • Personal Information (e.g., name, email address)
  • Usage History
  • User Account and Username

• Data Retained for [14 days]:

  • We will be however retaining your data for 14 days, in which case if you like to return to the app and use. 

Upon completion of the account deletion process, your data will be permanently removed from our system, except for the specified retention period.
